The Kistücsök Restaurant and Wine Cellar in Balatonszemes is famous for its calmness and familiar mood and it lies in a flowery settlement at South Balaton. It is in the centre of the plantation, near the present Postmuseum, which served as a horse-change station of the mail-coaches in the last century. The coachmen could exchange their tired horses there and their travellers could drink and eat in the nearby Postakocsi Inn, later the Kohn Restaurant, now in the Kistücsök Restaurant. The former travellers, like present people, loved the cuisine of Somogy, the Hungarian wines and the beauty of the Lake Balaton.

We are waiting for our guests with te mood like this; they can enjoy the live accordion under the leaves of a chestnut tree while eating fish from the Lake Balaton and can enjoy the light, summer tastes of wines.
